foyer on the left side, with powder room (1/2 bath), stairs,
laundry/storage room access, future bar area and french-doors to
pool, large shaded deck/sitting area & outside shower. Under
the (soon to be finished) bar is a small refrigerator for pool-level drinks
Under the stairs is a
colorful bookcase with towels and plenty of room for your
dive/snorkel equipment or suitcases. Adirondack chairs and sun
loungers on sundecks and patios.On the beach (right) side of the first floor, we have a private (oceanfront) entry TWO-BEDROOM FAMILY SUITE (I only count one in my villa license) with queen bed, sitting area (pull-out full couch) and tiled bath with glass-block shower & granite counters. There is also a children's bunkroom (2 beds) attached to this suite-- which provides the family with smaller children a way to sleep with their children in a connected room. The cribs, high chairs and extra towels for the guests are also kept in this room. Whether in bed or on the couch, the guests can see the ocean from this suite as well as watch a DVD movie on an LCD Screen we keep in the armoire. |
